Registration Deadline

 

Registrations will be accepted up until 5 Business Days before the class, based on availability, and subject to first-paid, first-priority policy. If minimum attendance requirements, as determined by Business Technology Solutions, are not met on the deadline, classes will be cancelled. If you are registered for a class that is cancelled, you will be notified on the deadline date. Students are advised NOT to purchase nonrefundable or non-changeable airline tickets, as Business Technology Solutions will not be responsible for payment due to class cancellation/rescheduling. Your registration is not confirmed until your tuition is received and confirmed by Business Technology Solutions..

 
     

Class hours

 

Class will begin at 9:00am (unless otherwise noted) and run until 5:00pm, unless otherwise noted.

Proper Attire

 

The training class environment is informal. Most students prefer business casual attire. We suggest wearing whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Our instructors are always in business attire.

 
     

Cancellation policy

 

You may cancel a class without penalty by giving Business Technology Solutions notice at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled starting date of the class.  If you cancel without at least 3 business days notice prior to the starting date of the class, you will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. You may reschedule a class without penalty by giving Business Technology Solutions notice at least 3 days prior to the scheduled starting date of the class.  A limit of 1 reschedule per course is permitted. If you do not attend a class and do not give notice, you will be assessed a 100% “no-show” fee. Business Technology Solutions reserves the right to cancel a class at any time.  If that happens, we will refund the course fee(s) in full.  Business Technology Solutions liability is limited to the course fee(s) only.
